Early Morning Yoga Class

Spring has sprung and we are ready to embrace some long hot Summer months and what better way to do it than by starting the day with a good all round early morning Yoga class.

The level of yoga will be general which means there will be plenty of options to choose from in order to make modifications as required to get the best out of your practice.

We all know it makes a huge difference to the day when we can start it off on a positive note and if your schedule is full most days, then this early morning time slot could be just what you need.  Showers are available if you need to race off to work straight after class.

Our first session will start on Tues the 10th of Oct, so early to bed, early to rise and I’ll see you on the mat.

For those chillier mornings the heaters will be preset to a comfortable temperature.
