Our Yoga Schedule
Class Schedule at Julie Stephens Yoga
Everybody is welcome to join my classes. There is no need to book, just turn up!
If you haven’t been for awhile, always check in with the schedule to make sure it hasn’t been changed.
Locations: Trafalgar St Hall, Nelson (next to the river) -
Monday/Friday 6.30am - 7.30am.
Pre-paid (6 week blocks) $170 . This is a discounted price. Casual attendance is welcome.
Wednesday 5.30pm - 6.45pm Vinyasa Flow
Thursday 5.30pm Gentle flow

Upstairs at 322 Wakefield Quay, Nelson
Tuesdays at 5.30pm - 6.45pm Deep stretch/general.

The Nelson Yacht Club
Imagine practicing yoga overlooking the ocean.
This newly renovated space offers a sense of peace and serenity, with the sun streaming in and the gentle lapping of the waves below. This is the perfect soothing backdrop, which invites and supports a deeper connection to the breath, movement and overall wellbeing.
Class prices:
$22 for casual attendance
$170 for a 10-class pass (valid for 3 months).
$170 for 12 morning classes only. These run in 6-week blocks.
All of Julie’s yoga classes are on a casual attendance basis so you can feel free to join in whenever suits. The class levels are appropriate for beginners through to advanced yoga students and teachers.
The environment is very relaxed so you can feel comfortable and confident attending any classes on a casual basis. There is no pressure or competitiveness, as it is important that everyone works at their own level.
There are some mats and props available if you forget yours.
