Christinaseva Dykstra is an Intuitive Counsellor, Healer, and Retreat Coordinator at Pure Meditation & Wellness in Whakatū Nelson. She began her journey as a Yoga and Breathing teacher in 2004 with an advanced 2-year diploma course in the UK. Over the last several years she has studied and trained with Lisa Petersen and Donna Farhi, world-renowned teachers in embodied yoga and somatic movement.

Meet Kathy Valler.

Kathy Valler is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga Teacher specialising in the chakra system and the energetic foundations of yogic practice.

Trained in Hatha Yoga in 1999 and initiated into Kundalini Yoga in 2006, she teaches students how to work practically and intuitively with energy, mantra, breath and kriya.

Kathy’s approach is clear, grounded, and transformative, guiding students to understand their inner architecture and activate their own capacity for healing and awakening.
